National Alliance to End Homelessness v. United States Department of Housing and Urban Development pauses NOFO 2026 for the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development Continuum of Care (CoC) NOFO.
Our service partners are hard at work throughout Oregon, creating new resources and services to assist people experiencing homelessness.
OC3 is made up of 26 counties with over 450 partner agencies working to meet community members where they are. Our Continuum of Care is proud to provide funding to some agencies through the CoC Competition and support our resourceful network in filling gaps.
With the Point in Time Count around the corner, we remember why we count. The Lincoln Chronicle reminds us that awareness and education is power in communities. Last year nearly 500 folks were unhoused and 1/3 were children in Lincoln County.
