Our service partners are hard at work throughout Oregon, creating new resources and services to assist people experiencing homelessness.
OC3 is made up of 26 counties with over 450 partner agencies working to meet community members where they are. Our Continuum of Care is proud to provide funding to some agencies through the CoC Competition and support our resourceful network in filling gaps.
If you are interested in learning more about the work OC3 and our network are up to, please contact the Program Manager, Brooke Matthews via email at brooke@caporegon.org
We are so excited to have new folks in our 26 county service area join us as we work to build a connected, strong, and proactive Balance of State Continuum of Care!
This invitation is open to anyone within the geographic service area of the Balance of State 26 counties. Please see our About Us for more information on that service area.
Check out our Board page under About Us to check out when we meet next!

It was a 2 day event which provided crucial collaboration, networking, and problem solving to youth providers in rural Oregon.
